What is economic empowerment?
Economic empowerment applicants have demonstrated a history of working in communities impacted by marijuana and other drug arrests. The business plans to do their part by now positively impacted those same communities.

Is Major Bloom a licensed dispensary?
Major Bloom is in the process of acquiring two-state retail licenses. They have acquired two community host agreements in Attleboro and Worcester which also include cultivation and manufacturing licenses.

How do my purchases help improve communities negatively impacted by drugs?
Our model is simple, curate killer cannabis lifestyle products to bring resources to the local neighborhood in which we operate. A range from 10-to-50% of your order helps support urban development, education, entrepreneurship & employment training in underserved communities. Retail marijuana is expensive and taxes are high for both the businesses and consumers. Ancillary lifestyle products are taxed at a different rate which shares more room to grow charitable contributions.

Does Major Bloom ship marijuana via carriers?
No, not yet. State and Federal laws need to change before we ship marijuana to customers via carriers.

ORDER INFORMATION

What should I do if something from my order is missing?
Please contact our customer service at info@themajorbloom.com with your name, order number, what product is missing. If possible, include a picture of the entire order out of the package.

What should I do if I get a damaged or defective item?
Please contact customer service at info@themajorbloom.com, with your name, order number, a picture of the damaged product (with tags on product and not worn), and a short description of the issue. We will address this issue within 24 hours. 

How do I create an account?
You can create an account here by entering your name, email, and a password of your choice. 

I don't see a refund on my credit card. What should I do now?
It typically takes 5-7 business days for a refund to show up on a credit card. If it has been longer than 10 business days and you do not see the refund, please email us at 
info@themajorbloom.com with your name, order number, tracking return information, and the items you returned. We will respond within 24 hours. 

SHIPPING & RETURNS

What forms of payment do you take?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. When you place an order on our website, we will charge your credit card once we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped. If you are having difficulty processing payment, please email us at info@themajorbloom.com.

What type of shipping does Major Bloom offer?
Major Bloom offers free standard ground shipping for purchases totaling over $50, via USPS or other nationally recognized carriers. Orders below $50 will incur a flat fee of $8 for shipping and handling. 

Where does Major Bloom ship to?
We ship to all 50 states. Currently Major Bloom only operates in the United States.

What is Major Bloom’s return policy?
Please note our return policy:

  • All returns must be requested within 21 days from the date of receipt.
  • All items should be returned in their original packaging.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Upon receipt of returned goods Major Bloom reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

Do I need to sign for my Major Bloom package?
No.

What if my Major Bloom order is lost?
If by chance a package is lost in transit we are happy to work with you to resolve the issue but we kindly ask that you must report your lost package to the carrier before reaching out to info@themajorbloom.com.

Is it possible to modify my order once it is placed?
Once you have submitted your order, we have limited ability to make modifications. Please contact as soon as possible at info@themajorbloom.com with any requests.

How do I track my Major Bloom order once it is placed?
Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number for your package.

PROMOTION POLICIES

Where do I enter a promo code?
Please enter your promotional code in the box that says “Discount code” on the checkout page and hit the “Apply” button. 

How many promo codes can I enter?
Only one promotional code will be honored per order.
